The perfectly preserved remains of a hiker who disappeared almost three decades ago have been found frozen in a glacier, solving a mystery that has haunted families since 1997.
Officials were notified after an identity card was discovered on the body displaying the name Naseeruddin. Police subsequently connected the remains to a trekker who vanished in June 1997.
