FOXBORO — Rhamondre Stevenson is ready to put the 2024 season behind him, but there was some cause for concern based on his performance during the Aug. 1 in-stadium practice.
The running back struggled with ball security last season and then put the ball on the ground during a recent team scrimmage after it was punched away by cornerback Brandon Crossley. So, what went through his head when that happened?
“I can’t do that,” he stated simply. “A mistake happened. It’s training camp. So, hopefully, I can just get that out of the way right now and go into the season clean.”
