Millard “Jr,” Wayne Adkins 84, of Moundsville, W.V. passed away Monday August 4, 2025 at home surrounded by his loving family. Visitation will be held Friday August 8, 2025 from 4-7 p.m. and Saturday Aug. 9, from noon till services at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor James Tasker officiating at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W.V.
