BRISTOL, Va. — The Twin City’s mayors touted accomplishments Wednesday while conceding the past year has been one filled with challenges, during remarks at the annual State of the Cities luncheon.
Both Bristol Tennessee Mayor Mark Hutton and Bristol Virginia Mayor Becky Nave reveled in the past year's highlights while noting much work lies ahead.
