BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - Students in Bryan ISD caught with an e-cigarette device, whether it’s nicotine or THC, will now face the same strict consequences under a new policy that aligns with state law.
The 2025-26 Student Code of Conduct was approved during a recent board meeting, with a new rule that removes administrative discretion used in previous years in vaping cases and enforces a minimum of 10 days of in-school suspension or placement in an alternative education program for first-time offenders.
