KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Daevin Hobbs is a former five-star recruit entering his third season, and he’s poised to make a major impact on the Tennessee defensive interior.

“It was very easy decision, I’m not gonna lie. I’m actually extremely happy with my decision. Best thing that’s happening on a football field,” Hobbs said about his decision to play on Rocky Top. From North Carolina, the move to Tennessee made a few waves among his friends and family.

Hobbs has seen increased play time each year, including playing in all 13 games last season and logging 20 tackles.
