CHEROKEE COUNTY, Kan. (KAKE) - A 70-year-old man has died following a crash involving a semi in southeast Kansas on Wednesday night.

The crash happened shortly before 10 p.m. at SE Old 96 Road and SE 118th Street in Cherokee County. The Kansas Highway Patrol reports the driver of a northbound pickup truck failed to yield to a semi, and the two vehicles collided.
