Four burglary suspects were hospitalized Thursday after they crashed a stolen car into multiple vehicles after a police pursuit in Glendale.
Glendale Police Department officers responded just after 1 a.m. Thursday to a burglary call at a smoke shop near Glenoaks Boulevard and Highland Avenue. According to reports from the scene, officers encountered the suspects and a vehicle pursuit began, at times reaching 80 miles an hour.
The pursuit ended at North Jackson Street and East Lexington Drive around 1:09 a.m. Thursday when at least one of the suspects was ejected from the car after crashing into at least six cars and a tree, Fox 11 reported. Four suspects, whose conditions are unknown, were taken to a hospital. According to Fox 11, one suspect is in critical in condition.
