The Golden State Warriors selected Moses Moody with the 14th pick in the 2021 NBA Draft. Although he primarily played off the bench during his rookie season, he had an incredible first interaction with star player Stephen Curry .

Moody was recently a guest on “The Young Man and the Three” podcast. During the discussion, Moody recalls his wild first encounter with Stephen Curry after joining the Golden State Warriors.

“One of my first times, I ripped him (Curry), and I’m a rookie, I’m just coming in, so I’m feeling good about it. I just felt everybody in the room kind of go, ‘Oh, like he doesn’t know.’ Then Steph did what Steph does and went crazy and all that, and I’m like, ‘OK, that feeling was right.’ I knew what I felt. Everybody knew what was about to go down,” Moody said.
