SANDPOINT — A Bonner County resident was arraigned Tuesday and pleaded not guilty for three felony offense and assault charges that allegedly occurred throughout the past year.

Charles Lawson, 56, is charged with video voyeurism, second-degree stalking and assault.

If found guilty of the alleged crimes, Lawson could face up to six years in jail and a $52,000 fine. He is currently being held at the Bonner County Jail on a $75,000 bond.

Court documents indicate that Lawson is charged with video voyeurism for allegedly putting a cell phone in the victim’s bathroom with the intent to capture a video recording of the woman while utilizing the shower.

Documents further show that Lawson is being charged with second-degree stalking for allegedly going to the same woman’s home and workplace and
