Houston Texans safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson was reportedly carted off the field during his team's training camp session on Thursday (August 7), ESPN 's DJ Bien-Aime reports.

" #Texans CJ Gardner-Johnson was carted off. He did not walk to the sidelines or anything. He was carted off from the spot he was injured," Bien-Aime wrote on his X account, having noted that Gardner-Johnson was "initially laying on his stomach in pain as he smacked the floor" and "eventually rolled over" in an earlier post.
