Women's Self Defense (ages 13+): 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16, at Eagle View Elementary School. Fee: $45.

Learn strategies and skills to protect yourself from attacks and feel safe in any environment. A transformational class to give you confidence, strength and resilience.

Instructor is Jeff Wood.

Youth Self Defense (ages 5-17): 1:30-2:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16, at Eagle View Elementary School. Fee: $20.

This self-defense seminar will empower youth ages 5 and older with simple, easy to learn and yet highly effective nonaggressive skills and techniques to better protect themselves from potentially dangerous situations.
