SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- A new study dives into how American are using artificial intelligence systems, and which Silicon Valley tech giant company is winning the race to develop trusted AI halfway into 2025.

The study, led by digital marketing expert Joe Youngblood, found that "artificial intelligence has become firmly embedded in American consumer behavior, with more than three-quarters of consumers using AI systems in recent months."

The study polled 1,151 adults in the U.S. on how they use AI systems. Nearly one-third of respondents were "heavy AI users" who accessed AI tools daily. "AI has moved beyond novelty status to become a regular utility for many Americans," researchers wrote.
