ATHENS, Tenn. — UPDATE (10:40 p.m.): The U.S. Marshals Service said it captured a man wanted as a suspect in a shooting in Athens that killed a man and wounded another person.
According to U.S. Marshals, Carlos Quintana was captured without incident at a home in Bradley County in Southeast Tennessee.
McMinn County Sheriff Joe Guy said several agencies were involved in Quintana's capture, including the ATF, TBI and McMinn and Bradley County deputies.

Investigators said a second suspect was identified in the case, but they have not released their name or status yet.
