ST. PAUL, Minn. — Ten people have been arrested and charged with felony solicitation of minors following an undercover operation in St. Paul, according to the Minnesota Department of Public Safety’s Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA). The operation, conducted on July 30 and 31, was led by the Minnesota Human Trafficking Investigators Task Force and the St. Paul Police Department.
A 27-year-old man from Cannon Falls was among those arrested in the sting.
During the operation, undercover agents posed as minors or sex buyers, communicating with suspects via text and phone. The suspects were arrested upon arriving at a pre-arranged meeting point. They are currently held at the Ramsey County Jail, and charges are expected soon.
