RAPIDES PARISH, La. (KALB) - The Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in finding a missing person.

Joan Redd is described as a 36-year-old white female with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5′4″ tall and weighs about 120 pounds. Redd has several piercings and tattoos.

She was last seen in the Hwy 28 West area near Oscar Branch Road riding a pink bicycle. Family members said she had a recent medical procedure.
