From class clown to award winning television writer - Brantford native co-creates new TVO kids show.
Carmen Albano says his successful television and film career began in a Brantford elementary school classroom.
“I think the biggest thing for me, growing up in Brantford, was being the class clown,” Albano, 49, said. “But so was everyone else in the class.

“It’s like every day was a clown off, we all had to outdo each other and the funniest kid won.”
Albano and his classmates developed the “performing arts” part of their personality, something they were able amplify in high school.
