Scream 4 alum, Alison Brie , is sharing her thoughts on the revived franchise.

While couple Brie and Dave Franco were promoting their horror film, Together, they appeared on the Shut Up Evan Podcast and Scream was brought up. Brie portrayed Rebecca Walters, Sidney Prescott’s (Neve Campbell) assistant in the 2011 film, which was the last Scream film directed by horror legend Wes Craven, before he died in 2015.

Franco noted, “I feel like with new Scream rules, even though she dies brutally, we could bring her back,” to which Brie responded, “Yeah, where’s my role in Scream 7 ?”
