MARLIN, Texas (KXXV) — The Marlin Independent School District Board of Trustees recently approved staff raises for the 2025-2026 school year.

Teachers with three to four years of experience are getting a $4,000 raise, while teachers with five years or more will get $8,000.

Additional benefits the board approved include a $65 increase to Marlin ISD contribution toward district health insurance for enrolled employees.
