A release date for Asus and Microsoft’s ROG Xbox Ally has apparently been leaked by a retailer.

According to credible Dealabs ‘ insider billbil-kun, the PC gaming handheld will launch on October 16. While billbil-kun notes that this only for Europe, specifically, it’s likely that release timing will be similar, if not the exact same, for other markets.

On top of that, he said pre-orders will open on August 20. Notably, this coincides with Gamescom, Germany’s massive gaming industry in which Xbox will be in attendance with several games and the Ally . An official announcement regarding release timing — and, hopefully, pricing — will also presumably be made during Gamescom.
