A Philadelphia man was charged after allegedly convincing a child to go from Pennsylvania to New Jersey to have sex and producing content depicting abuse, according to the New Jersey District Attorney's Office.

This all started around October of 2022 when Bobbyjean Orak, 30, contacted a minor and asked for them to participate in producing sexual material, officials said.

Then, in July of 2024, Orak was able to get the child to travel from Pennsylvania to New Jersey with the goal of having sex, according to officials. Agents with the FBI were able to find the child in Atlantic City in August of 2024 and brought them to saf
