Deputies with the Murray County Sheriff's Office arrested a Chatsworth man on drug charges Monday, they said in a Facebook post.

Gary Swinford faces the following charges after deputies say they found four ounces of methamphetamine alongside other drug paraphernalia on him:

Possession of methamphetamine

Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute

Possession of drug-related objects

Deputies transported Swinford to the Murray County Detention Center.

"We appreciate the significant and diligent work our Investigators and Deputies contribute in combatting crime within our great county," the office stated.
