MDL Judge Allows Talc Plaintiffs to Sue Additional Johnson & Johnson Affiliates: ‘This Is a Significant Ruling’

On Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Michael Shipp of the District of New Jersey ruled that the plaintiffs’ steering committee in the talc multidistrict litigation could add Kenvue, Holdco and Janssen as defendants in their master complaint.
