Idaho Central Credit Union’s banking services were unavailable for about 13 hours ending Thursday morning.
Members reported being unable to access their accounts, view balances, withdraw cash, transfer money or use their debit cards. One member told the Idaho Statesman by email that staff at a local bank branch in Boise were also unable to complete any transactions.
ICCU told the Idaho Statesman by email that the disruption began at about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday and was largely resolved by 10:30 a.m. Thursday. It said the outage was caused by an internal technical issue.
