SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI)-- Promoting physical fitness is essential in keeping kids healthy, and what better way to keep kids in shape than to host a good old-fashioned basketball tourney?

That's why Rady Children's Hospital San Diego is teaming up with Sports San Diego for a third consecutive year to bring the Rady Children's Invitational to America's Finest City.

The annual tournament, consisting of four NCAA teams, tips off Thursday, Nov. 27, with the third-place and championship games taking place Friday, Nov. 28. The Jenny Craig Pavilion on the University of San Diego campus will play host to the event for the first time.

The teams participating in this year's tournament are the Wisconsin Badgers (Big Ten), TCU Horned Frogs (Big 12), Providence Friars (Big East) and the 2025 NCAA cham
