DUMBO — An all-hands fire broke out on the ground floor of 175 Water St. in DUMBO between Pearl and Jay streets, at 11:22 p.m. Wednesday night.

A 911 call from a neighbor brought a massive response from the New York City Fire Department, with 12 units responding and 60 fire and emergency medical services personal operating on scene, according to an FDNY spokesperson.

FDNY confirmed that it took only 25 minutes to extinguish the flames, and that no one was hurt in the incident.

The fire appeared to erupt at an electrical box on the exterior wall of a four-bedroom luxury Alloy “passive townhouse” currently listed by Corcoran for $5 million.
