Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson suffered an injury to the pinky finger on his throwing hand and was immediately ruled out of the rest of the preseason opener on Thursday night.

Richardson did not see unblocked Baltimore edge rusher David Ojabo bearing down off his right side and took a huge hit from Ojabo, then immediately got up and headed for the sideline, holding his right hand down awkwardly

Richardson was originally supposed to play the first quarter and a half of Thursday night’s opener before giving way to Daniel Jones, but Jones will instead get a quarter and a half against the Ravens .
