Baltimore Ravens rookie cornerback Bilhal Kone suffered a gnarly-looking knee injury during the first quarter of Thursday night’s preseason opener against the Indianapolis Colts .

Late in the first quarter, Bilhal Kone was defending against Ashton Dulin in the Ravens’ end zone as a pass fell incomplete. Kone fell to the ground and grabbed at his left leg, and a trainer quickly rushed onto the field.

Unfortunately, Bilhal Kone and the Ravens quickly received the worst-case scenario. Soon after the injury, NFL insider Jordan Schultz reported that Kone suffered ACL and MCL tears and would miss his entire rookie year.
