PHOENIX — A new video was released showing the moments before a homicide suspect was arrested after a dangerous pursuit on Interstate 8 near Gila Bend. It happened Friday morning around 8 a.m. between Department of Public Safety troopers and 47-year-old Jonathan Llamas Cisneros.

"On August 1st, our officers responded to a call of a shooting," Sgt. Phil Krynsky with Phoenix Police said.

Police documents state a call came into 911 reporting that a daughter stated her father had shot and killed her mom. The two, it claimed, were arguing the night before, and the daughter awoke to screaming and multiple gunshots.
