RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Several areas in Richmond will soon see closures in August for paving work.

According to Richmond's Department of Public Works, the following areas will be closed daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Aug. 11 to Aug. 18: • Semmes Avenue from North 34th Street to Forest Hill Avenue • Forest Hill Avenue from Bland Street to North 34th Street • North 34th Street from Forest Hill Avenue to Semmes Avenue
