NORTH SIOUX CITY, S.D. (KCAU) — Residents in North Sioux City, South Dakota, will soon see road construction once again after last year’s historic flooding.

City officials said access to the road behind the Dakota Valley Elementary School will be closed on August 8 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The closure is due to parking lot repair work. Officials said vehicles cannot enter or exit from the north end of Penrose Drive.
