COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A man was arrested after leading deputies on a four-mile chase through Van Buren County that reached speeds up to 90 mph, according to the sheriff’s office.

Around 7:30 p.m. Thursday, a Van Buren County sheriff’s deputy tried to pull over a pickup truck for “multiple traffic violations,” in Columbia Township, according to a release. The driver of the pickup did not stop, instead driving off.

The deputy chased the truck for four miles, with speeds reaching up to 90 mph, according to the sheriff's office.
