BALTIMORE – On the second drive of the Colts' preseason opener against the Baltimore Ravens Thursday night, Anthony Richarson Sr. went down hard after getting sacked and did not return to the game due to a finger injury. The Colts would go on to lose to the Ravens, 24-16.

Richardson's first drive was a mixed bag of short passes and handoffs, including a short, accurate pass to rookie tight end Tyler Warren and a 15-yard completion to wide receiver Adonai Mitchell. The drive ended with a 53-yard field goal from kicker Spencer Shrader to put the Colts up 3-0.

The Ravens, led by quarterback Cooper Rush, responded quickly with a touchdown drive of their own, bringing Richardson back onto the field just minutes later.
