A Parker man is being held in the Butler jail after allegedly watching his ex-girlfriend at work, damaging her car and threatening to kill her in the Slippery Rock Cemetery, according to a criminal complaint.
Jacob Trufley, 33, is being charged with one felony count for prohibited possession of a firearm, two misdemeanor counts for terroristic threats and one misdemeanor count for criminal mischief following an alleged Aug. 7 incident.
State police were dispatched to Slippery Rock’s Fairfield Inn and Suites at 7:45 a.m. after a woman reported her ex-boyfriend assaulted her in the cemetery, according to the report.
The woman told police Trufley called her at work at 5:45 a.m. and said he could see her but that she would not be able to find him. He called again because she interacted with
