Timothy Howard Pelley, 71, of Wheeling passed away on Wednesday August 6, 2025 at home.

He was born in Wheeling on September 8, 1953, son of the late Howard W. and Freda (Brandtner) Pelley.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Delite White.

He is survived by his wife Sue (Hawkins) Pelley; son Brian (Kelly) George; grandchildren, Noah, Max, Molly and Sister-in-law Sandy (Don) Schafer.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Tim’s life at a memorial visitation on Saturday August 9, 2025, from 2 pm – 4 pm at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling (304-242- 2311).
