A father tragically found dead on a riverside bench was described as having "a heart of gold," by his devastated family today. ‌

Following the grim discovery of 57 year old Robert Brown, who had suffered an arm injury, police initiated a murder investigation and apprehended a 38 year old man on Wednesday. In a heartfelt statement shared through the police, Robert's relatives painted a picture of him as "the real-life Peter Pan" with "the gift of the gab and a heart of gold". ‌
