Emmanuel Longelo wants to repay the faith shown in him by boss Jens Berthel Askou, and fire Motherwell up the Scottish Premiership. ‌

The former West Ham and Birmingham left-back says talking to Askou left him in no doubt Fir Park was where he wants to play his football over the next two years. ‌

Longelo, 24, has already hit the heights with two strikes this season, including the leveller in Saturday’s 1-1 draw at home to Rangers. ‌
