(CSE: RUU | OTC: RRUUF | FRA: CWA0) (“ Refined ” or the “ Company “) announces that it has signed a further amendment with Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (“ EPL “) on July 29, 2025 (the “ Amended Agreement ”), to the option agreement dated February 26, 2024, which was amended on January 30, 2025 (the “ Agreement ”), under which the Company has the right to acquire up to an undivided seventy-five percent (75%) interest in and to the Dufferin North and Dufferin West Property (the “ Property ”).

The Company and EPL agree to extend the due dates of the following: (i) the additional cash payment of $100,000 from December 31, 2025, to April 30, 2026; (ii) the exploration expenditures on the Property
