A key commuter road near Gloucester has been blocked in both directions due to a crash this morning (Friday, August 8).

The collision on the B4215 is affecting traffic near Rudford and could impact a great many commuters who use the road.

The incident happened near the junction with Whitehall Lane and slow traffic is reported in the area.

The B4125, just off the A40, acts as a key link road between the A-road and Newent .

Traffic monitoring site Inrix said: "B4215 in both directions partially blocked, slow traffic due to accident at Whitehall Lane."
