Brandon Blackstock’s daughter, Savannah Blackstock Lee, announced she’s expecting her second child just one month before her father died.

The talent manager, who was Kelly Clarkson’s ex-husband, died Thursday following a years-long private battle with melanoma, a serious form of skin cancer. He was 48.

His eldest daughter, 23, revealed the news about her impending arrival on her private Instagram account on July 5 — just weeks before her dad’s untimely death. 5

“We’ve been keeping a couple sweet surprises,” she wrote. “One little girl will be making her arrival at the beginning of January and another beautiful girl named Julianna who has already been one of the greatest blessings to our family.”
