BBC Breakfast has said sorry after a technical blunder recently threw the live show into chaos. During Thursday's (August 7) episode of the morning programme, Naga Munchetty and co-presenter Charlie Stayt appeared on our screens, bringing viewers the day's top stories. ‌

But things went awry when the broadcast was suddenly cut short due to a 'very odd' technical fault for some viewers. ‌

The unexpected glitch caused the show to be 'pulled off air' for several seconds for certain audiences. ‌

Those watching reported an abrupt jump to another programme featuring a preacher before quickly switching back to the usual programming, reports the Express .
