FAIRMONT — Marion County Schools will be the beneficiary of a new six-week health consciousness program from WVU Hospitals and Change your State.

“It’s very simple,” John Paul Nardelli, executive director at Healthy Harrison an an employee at WVU Medicine United Hospital Center, said. “Not only is it a small task for students to complete every day where they’re logging into their apps on their Chrome pads and indicating they’ve completed their mindfulness, movement, nutrition goals for the day. They’re getting tips from local experts, but they’re also being incentivized with really nice backpacks.”
