New build-to-rent townhome community opens in Wimauma

WIMAUMA, Fla. — A new housing community is now open in southern Hillsborough County. SkyMor Southshore Bay Townhomes in Wimauma are officially available for lease.

The community by Metro Development Group is a build-to-rent, or BTR community.

BTR’s across the Tampa-area have grown by 300% in the past five years according the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
