After pledging an additional $100 billion to domestic manufacturing in the U.S. following threats from Donald Trump to implement tariffs on the company, Apple CEO Tim Cook had the dubious honor of attending a press event in the White House alongside the president himself — during which he presented Trump with a custom glass plaque on a 24-carat gold stand.

"Not only is it embarrassing for Cook, but I guarantee Trump won't remember what that is or who gave it to him," says Seth Meyers in the Late Night clip above. "Within a week he's going to turn that thing onto its side and use it as a plate for one of his Big Macs."
