The Omaha Police Department needs the public's help to find a driver who hit a pedestrian and didn't stop.
The July 14 crash, which happened around dusk at 9:15 p.m., was caught on camera by the nearby B & T Liquor store's surveillance system.
It shows a man crossing North 20th Street, between Corby Street and Miami Street, and then getting hit by an SUV. The man is thrown several feet and lands next to the curb.
Surveillance video shows the driver didn't hit the brakes until after hitting the person, and only briefly slowed down the vehicle before taking off.
According to police, the 24-year-old victim suffered multiple fractures to his neck.
Authorities believe the vehicle is a 2007-2014 light colored GMC Yukon.
