HOUSTON (KHOU) - The owner of a President Donald Trump-themed restaurant in Houston is facing deportation.

According to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Roland Beainy is from Lebanon and entered the country in 2019.

Immigration officials say the 28-year-old overstayed his visa.

In a statement, ICE says the agency is committed to holding all individuals accountable who enter the country illegally or overstay their visas.
