A former police community support officer who is 'obsessed with weapons' has been jailed after trying to make a gun with a 3D printer. of trying to make the weapon at her home in Lincoln when she appeared at court in June.

She for sentencing and has been jailed for eight years and six months. After Lincolnshire Police received information that indicated Watts was buying illegal material online an operation was planned to arrest Watts, recover the prohibited material and protect the public.

After the 39-year-old had left her home, she was pulled over whilst driving her car in Lincoln and arrested by armed officers in December 2024.
