A downtown building located near the bustling intersection of Second Avenue and Broadway has sold for $8.5 million, with the seller known for his Johnny Cash Museum and Sinatra Bar & Lounge.

The new owner of the property, located within downtown's The District at 132 Second Ave. N. , is an LLC that includes Ilya Toshinsky — a locally based studio musician who has recorded with Keith Urban, The Judds, Blake Shelton, George Strait and Thomas Rhett. Born in Obninsk, Russia, Toshinsky is proficient on both guitar and banjo and is known for his bluegrass work.

The seller was Bill Miller, the owner of the aforementioned downtown establishments and live magic venue and restaurant/bar House of Cards. Miller paid $5.75 million for the three-story structure in mid-2018, according to Metro reco
