The partnership between Black Ankle Vineyards and a hyperlocal, hyperseasonal eatery called foraged. has begun.
What the Maryland winery calls “a full-sensory experience led by the incredible Chef Chris Amendola and Chef de Cuisine Tony Castellon, whose culinary talent has made foraged. one of Baltimore’s most celebrated dining destinations,” is officially opening for business this afternoon inside a food truck parked on the winery grounds at 14463 Black Ankle Rd in Mt Airy.
The two parties kicked the tires, so to speak, on this collaboration last weekend for a wine release celebration.
It will be open from 4 to 8 p.m. on Fridays, noon to 7 Saturdays, and noon to 5 Sundays.
