A woman blinded by her ex-partner in a violent attack has said she is "scared" that he will find her, despite government plans to introduce restriction zones for domestic and sexual offenders.
Under new proposals announced on Friday, sexual and violent offenders would be "locked" to certain locations, tracked with GPS in real time within “virtual boundaries," and could be jailed if they breach the rules.
Tina Nash, from Cornwall , was blinded by Shane Jenkin in April 2011. He held her hostage for 12 hours, strangled her, broke her nose and jaw, and gouged out her eyes.
